Yay! You did it! Congratulations! I'm glad to see you had company most of the 24 hours too.

Whatever you did today, try to go to sleep & get up about when you normally would, and stick to it a little more stringently the next few days. It's like jetlag a bit. Oh, and drink lots of water.
