Ha! I love it. When I went for a septoplasty last year the doctor said that I need a pregnancy test. I told him I was certain I wasn't pregnant. He asked if I was practicing birth control and I said yes. He asked what kind and I said abstenance. He told me that wasn't very effective and I had to have a pregnancy test.
Yikes that was frightening. For some reason the words "groups of people 12-29" in an article about not having sex makes my gut sink (I know twelve-year-olds are out there getting it on, but I'd rather not think about that).
Too bad there's no way to get around paying taxes.
I think the strangest thing about that article is the assumption that you WILL make babies if you have sex. Like, what happened to prevention? Why are the only options abstinence or babies? I wonder sometimes what these people expect from married folks; what do they think constitutes a healthy sexual relationship? Because how can someone suddenly switch from refusing all relations with the opposite sex to being a loving, caring partner simply because they have a ring on their finger?
