Happy red scarf

Hey, look! I finished something!

My first item for Knit Unto Others. It's a simple ribbed scarf from Homespun (Candy Apple, I think) from the stash. It went remarkably quickly - sort of the opposite of that black hole effect. I'd knit sort of on and off for an evening, while playing D&D or something, and all of a sudden 20 inches would be done. Weird, but I'm not going to question it.

I'm much more familiar with the black hole effect rather than its opposite.

Woot woot!! I know that feeling.

I LOVE homespun. It's like black hole effect repellant in yarn form.

I love that kind of knitting. Hats knit while catching up on Bloglines or watching Lost are like that.

Pretty! Maybe it's the charity effect.

Great Scarf. I'm still working on my red scarf. Hopefully I'll finish it sometime this week.

That looks like a great scarf. Pity I have not yet learned how to game and knit at the same time. I keep putting the knitting dodwn when things get excting, and then forget to pick it up again.

Great job! I wish my knitting would grow so fast, some of it, anyway.

Sweet! I love the red scarf. Knitting with Homespun makes me want to poke my eyes out with the points of the needles, but I like the finished effect and I do so love some of the colors.

I love it when that happens! Nice scarf. It looks soft and warm.
