Booking Through Thursday: TBR

Bookish , Jumping on the bandwagon

Today's question:

Do you keep all your unread books together, like books in a waiting room? Or are they scattered throughout your shelves, mingling like party-goers waiting for the host to come along?

Mine are mixed in, for the most part. When I made that list of 50 books last week, though, I put most of them in fairly easy-to-access spots so I would be able to find them again without ripping apart the house.

(Yes, I've started one from that list. Hoping to finish it this weekend.)

Last time I did a big organize/dusting of my bookshelves I grouped all the TBR books together. Slowly a few have migrated other places since then (and newly acquired books have been placed elsewhere) so it is time to do that organizing again.

i used to try to keep them in one bookcase near my bed. now? that is impossible as there are more than I can contain there. They are everywhere in the apartment on shelves, chairs, tables and this week, two in my mailbox (yay LibraryThing & inBubbleWrap!)
